Job Description:

Swim Club Manager – The Swim Club Manager will be responsible for the operations of a single facility for the swim year. The Pool Manager will handle those day-to-day management tasks associated with the pool to include maintenance, staff scheduling, organization of swim lesson program, staff oversight, event coordination, and direct patron/client relations. The Pool Manager will meet specific criteria and guidelines to ensure the safe and proper operation of the facility. All Pool Managers are required to possess a current ARC Lifeguard certification, CPR/First Aid certification and must commit to working a minimum of 5 days a week (including weekends).
