An orientation for SCMG employees that introduces them to the company as well as various full time support staff. This training assists all employees in managing the day to day on the job tasks such as clocking in/out, reviewing their schedule, training on safety policies and procedures, vacation policy, reviewing their paychecks, as well as real life scenarios that encourage situational role play and decision making skills. Throughout the course employees will complete paperwork showing their confirmation of the knowledge learned.
Uniforms should be purchased prior to attending Orientation.
