Summer Intern

Our internship program provides college students with insight into a variety of aspects that allow a business to be successful. Our interns will attend professional business meetings and provide expertise and insight at our country club facilities while building relationships and networking in the community.

FACILITY DIRECTOR INTERNSHIP 

At Swim Club Management Group, the Facility Director utilizes leadership skills to lead their Country Club or high-level facility to success over the summer. They handle day-to-day management tasks associated with pools including maintenance, staff scheduling, organization of the swim lesson program, staff oversight, event coordination, and direct patron/client relations. (Eligible for collegiate credit based upon university requirements.)

REQUIREMENTS

• Bi-weekly leadership development call with SCMG’s leadership team
• Job shadowing with SCMG’s professional team
• Must be able to work 5 days a week/40-45 hours per week
